What is the lead time for a mat?

After you order a mat with Elite, you can expect your order to ship after 15 business days. Exceptions may apply.

What is the warranty on the product?

Our exterior mats carry a 3 year warranty.

What happens if the mat gets stained?

You may use regular carpet cleaner to get stains out. 

How do I clean my mat?

Use a vacuum with a beater brush to extract debris and dirt from the fibers. Depending upon traffic volume, we recommend cleaning daily. Deep clean once a quarter with a water extraction system using tepid temperature setting. (Avoid extreme water heat as it will damage carpet.)
